Responsibilities
- Utilize Sponsor provided tools to improve customer business processes, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and respond to changing customer needs.
Generate reports to meet specific project requirements, establish dashboards for real-time visibility, and train team members on effective use for enhanced collaboration and accountability. Leverage various data analytic tools (i.e., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for analyzing performance data to develop data visualizations and highlight trends and insights. Identify inefficiencies and recommendations of data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, initiate process redesigns, and implement targeted initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Apply Agile principles to enhance flexibility and responsiveness in project execution while also leveraging structured processes when required. Engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including sponsors, team members and external partners. Facilitate meetings, prioritize requirements, and provide updates on project status. Spearhead strategic initiatives to ensure a program's alignment with critical objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving industry best practices. Lead efforts to optimize a program's effectiveness, streamline operational efficiency, and maximize impact. Conduct research and benchmarking against best practices to inform process improvement initiatives. Analyze technological advancements to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and to communicate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. -
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline. -
Demonstrated experience in coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues related to technical or developmental projects and programs. -
Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking on technical capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability. -
Demonstrated experience in supporting technical meetings by gathering vendor technical documentation, taking meeting minutes and applying critical thinking to support problem solving programmatic issues. -
Assist with the preparation of project plans -
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) - Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Demonstrated successful experience developing and implementing essential program management processes, to include requirements resources, schedules, configuration and risk management processes
