Ecolab is seeking a Wastewater Operator to join our team and help shape a more sustainable future. As a Wastewater Operator, you'll support onsite operations that are safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible. You'll help our customers reduce water, energy, and natural resource consumption while improving productivity and reducing operational risk. Position Details:

  • This position will be based in Toledo, OH

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions

  • Experience using basic hand tools

  • Experience using a computer (email, MS Office)

  • No immigration sponsorship available

Physical Demands:

  • Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Position may require exposure to hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments

  • Position requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing

  • Position requires working indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working independently in an industrial setting

  • Experience in industrial wastewater treatment or maintenance, particularly with reverse osmosis or other membrane technology

  • State-level water or wastewater treatment certifications Background in heavy industry (e.g., steel or metals manufacturing)

  • Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, or CMMS systems

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $38,700 - $58,100. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
