Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser, is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Valve Specialist to provide advanced technical support and drive sales growth in our valve technologies sector. In this in-office role, you will serve as the primary resource for customers and the outside sales team on all valve-related applications, including control valves, on/off valves, actuation, and pressure management solutions. Leveraging your in-depth product knowledge and application expertise, you will prepare accurate quotations, process and manage complex orders, and collaborate with vendors to deliver tailored solutions. This position requires strong technical aptitude, proven experience in a valve or process automation sales/support role, and exceptional communication skills. Which tasks will you perform?
- Provide technical, application, and product support, including pricing and delivery information to salespeople and customers.
- Review incoming orders for proper product selection and application.
- Support Outside Sales with lead qualification/follow-up, bid specifications, and project bid specifications.
- Answer sales personnel's questions about doing business with Rust Automation & Controls (tools and processes)
