Location: Woodlands, TX 77381 Shift timings: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. BG/DT required: Yes Summary: The department is in search of full-time temp for Accounts Payable support with the below qualifications - Degree needed Required Qualifications: Extensive AP Experience (5+ years). High-volume invoice processing. PO matching and non-PO invoice handling. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations). Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities. Researching and resolving invoice/payment discrepancies. Handling GL coding errors or exceptions. Required Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Good communication for vendor and internal team interactions. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems or procedures (key for temp roles).
