  • Estimated annual base pay Level 1: $64,880(minimum) - $81,100(midpoint) - $97,320(maximum)
  • Estimated annual base pay Level 2: $80,800(minimum) - $101,000(midpoint) - $121,200(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Financial Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This role is responsible for performing financial analysis and business support in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and business needs in support of Corporate Finance. This position requires minimum supervision with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze financial information - historical, prospective or hypothetical - to provide insights for the business regarding its performance, support business decisions, and plans for the future
  • Successfully partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to convey and interpret the results of financial analysis
  • Prepare formal financial presentation material that is to be delivered by finance and other leaders of the business
  • Develop and maintain financial models used for decision support, such as those used in the product life cycle process, capital expenditure justifications, and make vs. buy decisions
  • Apply a solid understanding of accounting principles to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Excellent utilization of software packages, including Excel, to accurately collect data and organize information required to make calculations and complete work papers

What We Are Looking For

Level 1:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 2-5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Level 2:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 2-5 years' experience covering a broad range of financial analysis activities conducted at a high level of complexity, including progressively more complex assignments or projects required
  • In-depth proficiency in tax compliance, research and provision software. Basic computer experience and skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP System, General Ledger, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to prepare and make presentations to all levels and lead groups or individuals to appropriate conclusions
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Applies sound logic to problem solving. Able to identify resolution of problems either independently or in consultation with other tax leaders
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to follow common naming conventions and filing systems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities assigned by multiple tax leaders including appropriate delegation to junior tax members
  • Able to successfully apply lean concepts to processes. Regularly identify opportunities for improvement in quality/efficiency. Ability to review own work and the work of other tax members to ensure quality product
  • Capable of sharing responsibilities with others and encouraging others to share for the common good
