Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Sales Support Associate. This role is with our Home Appliance Solution team. It is ONSITE and a Contractor role.

Key Responsibilities:

*Collaborates with Planning team and the Home Appliance (HA) Builder Sales & Marketing Division fiscal budget/monthly spend variance
*Create/Manage/Own SOW process between 3rd party vendors as necessary.
*Manages leader of HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division priorities with Showroom engagement by coordinating with cross functional teams.
*Serves as the primary contact for the US HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division for administrative support.
*Manage the schedule and the expense system for the leader of HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division and be able to teach to new hires (IBTS, GEVS, Concur, EP) as needed for team in the division.
*Be able to solve with difficult expense issues
*Good communicator of HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division Strategy cross functionally when needed for divisional meeting.
*Work proactively cross functionally with HA Sales, Marketing and Operations teams for good communication
*Aid HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division leader in creating presentations when needed
*Drive support for special HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division marketing projects under supervision of HA SKS/ Builder Marketing Team.
*Should be able to successfully work independently, while multi-tasking to meet goals and expected timeline.
*Help coordinate customer trips to NJ or EDC when needed
*Occasional travel to HA Builder Sales & Marketing Division trade events if needed

Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • A minimum of 3 years experience is required
  • Bilingual Fluency (English/Korean)

Recruiting Range
$70,000 - $72,000 USD
