EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Candidates must be currently enrolled in or graduated from a turfgrass management, horticulture, or related program at an accredited college or university or have equivalent experience Knowledge of equipment, tools and procedures of grounds and sports field maintenance The ability to effectively communicate and develop maintenance plans The ability to perform physical tasks such as: lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, ladders and pulling tarps Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a New Jersey pesticide certification Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
