The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 305 Pay Range: $54,800.00 - $82,200.00Job Description Job Profile Summary Responsible for conducting comprehensive accessibility audits and user experience testing of student-facing content to ensure alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. This role requires a strong understanding of web accessibility principles and the ability to identify, document, and recommend solutions for a broad range of accessibility issues. Communicates audit findings to WGU stakeholders and provides remediation recommendations to external vendors. Additional responsibilities include evaluating WGU platforms and products, consulting on complex accessibility barriers, reviewing course and assessment content, coaching staff and vendors on accessibility best practices, and researching emerging accessibility innovations.
