Posting Date 08/28/2025 2476 Swedesford RdSTE 150,Malvern,Pennsylvania,19355-1456,United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Revenue Operations (ROPS) Lead drives the DaVita Intake team responsible for insurance verifications, ensuring adherence to the standard health insurance verification process for patient placement. This position supports a team of specialists to deliver quick, accurate verifications in alignment with DaVita policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The ROPS Lead provides guidance to Revenue Specialist teammates on daily workflow, team questions, supports the supervisor with onboarding and training needs, performs data trending analysis as needed, conducts quality assurance reviews, and monitors key performance metrics to drive operational excellence. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal direct reports; provides day-to-day support and guidance to teammates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Wage Range for the role is $23.00-$34.00 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
