Pacific Life's technology organization is seeking a talented AI Senior Systems Analyst to join the Enablement AI Platform team at either the Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE office. Relocation Assistance may be provided.

You will work closely with our Solution Architect, AI Platform Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing AI products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Review approved and prioritized AI use cases and drive the analysis, including:

    • Developing epics and user stories based on business needs.

    • Ensuring engineers have a detailed understanding of the "What" and "Why" behind each epic.

  • Provide AI solution QA support and develop best practices for testing AI products, including but not limited to performance, data quality, model testing, and evaluation for biases and vulnerabilities.

  • Lead the AI use case review and approval process for a cross functional team, providing input on solutions and reusability and obtaining approvals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with prioritized business objectives and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing and newly established systems.

The experience you bring:

  • 8+ years in technology, with a strong focus on AI-related product solution analysis and testing.

  • Proven experience in developing and managing AI user stories and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What makes you stand out:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in specific AI testing tools and software, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jmeter and other tools.

  • Expertise in developing and implementing AI testing frameworks, including automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of AI ethics and the ability to identify and mitigate potential biases in AI models.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and mentor analyst and test resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$121,770.00 - $148,830.00
