Associate Manufacturing Technician

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $26.40/hr
• Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

As an Associate Manufacturing Technician, you will operate and maintain advanced, highly automated manufacturing equipment. You'll be trained and cross-trained across multiple technologies, including heat staking, laser welding, mechanical swaging, PCB handling/testing, robotic automation, metal stamping and bending, medical packaging, and high-speed discrete component assembly. You'll also ensure equipment performance, product quality, and basic troubleshooting during machine faults or stoppages.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve process or mechanical issues.
• Monitor materials and workflow to ensure on-time production.
• Support new product transfers, process development, and equipment validations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in small teams with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in medical device and cleanroom production settings.
