Entry-Level Associate Operations & Technical Support to join our team. In this role, you will support the collection, maintenance, and analysis of client data, ensuring accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and related systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in data management and client operations, with hands-on Salesforce experience.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Working with and reconciling data to other related business systems.

  • Working with business teams to accomplish the automation and workflow of business processes.

  • Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining client data within Salesforce and other internal business systems.
  • Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Support data cleanup and deduplication initiatives to maintain a high-quality client database.
  • Generate basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business needs and client insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and update client information.
  • Document data entry processes and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Respond to internal data requests and assist with troubleshooting data issues.

Qualifications:

  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce (data entry, reports, dashboards).
  • Eagerness to understand business processes and leverage technology to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic data tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Salesforce (SFDC) credentialing or certification is a strong plus.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to CRM systems or client data is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Zero to two years of professional experience with analysis, information science, or other relevant quantitative field
  • Possesses fundamental knowledge and understanding of database interface tools, SQL and programming concepts, data management best practices
  • Possesses fundamental knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
  • Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills
  • Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs
  • Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly
  • Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Capacity to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups
  • Display innovative ideas and solutions and ampacity to identify and eliminate redundant work efforts and inefficient processes
  • Ability to travel as necessary
