$41,600 - $49,920 annually.

Your Day-to-Day:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Hybrid schedule work from home Monday and Fridays. Report to the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

(Note: Initial training will be onsite in the office Monday - Friday.)

• Receives inbound calls and responds to customer requests, inquiries, claims processing inquires, billing or claim disputes.
• Handle situations which require adaptation of response
• Transfers or refers to partner.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Analyzes complex billing problems and research for solutions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 1+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
