Preferred Skills Customer service focus Detail oriented Self-starter Principal Duties and Responsibilities Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools Special projects as needed Benefits Include Company-provided housing Competitive pay Medical coverage Paid Time Off 401(k) match Mentorship Collegiate networking events And more! Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or above. Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume. Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall). Must be onsite; this is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation.
