Commercial Banking Sales Performance Facilitator
Location: In-Office | Major Hubs: Salt Lake City, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver (May consider other Zions Bancorporation Affiliate locations for the right candidate.) Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Commercial Banking Sales Performance Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who has thrived in relationship management and is now looking to shift gears-whether you're looking to pivot after years of industry experience and ready to mentor, or mid-career and passionate about coaching and development. What You'll Do: * Facilitate engaging and effective sales training for commercial bankers in both in-person and digital classroom settings. * Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies. * Coach and support front-line managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams-sales leadership, product, marketing, and enablement-to embed training into daily workflows. * Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify and overcome adoption barriers. * Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences. * Contribute subject matter expertise to projects that integrate training into operational processes. Who You Are: * Requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Business or a related field and 4+ years of commercial lending, credit, banking, sales training practices and procedures or other directly related experience. * A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. * A commercial banking professional with 5+ years of experience in lending, credit, and sales. * Experienced in training or mentoring others, formally or informally. * Knowledgeable in commercial banking, credit processes, CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales practices. * A confident facilitator with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data to inform decisions. * Someone who values integrity, sound judgment, and professional ethics.
