Make an Impact! The Director of Revenue and Reimbursement is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the healthcare systems revenue reporting and reimbursement strategies. The Director will lead a team to manage revenue reporting and complete the reimbursement processes. The Director is responsible for all aspects of Governmental Reimbursement (Medicare, Medical Assistance and, Tricare) for MLH, along with the cost report preparation process for the Hospitals, HomeCare & Hospice, and System Office. This position recommends and implements reimbursement strategies to maximize payments within regulatory guidelines; is responsible for the valuation of net patient revenue; and remains current on Governmental Reimbursement education, including updates to Governmental Regulations to educate and advise on the impact to MLH, Finance and Operations.

Position: Director of Revenue and Reimbursement Shift: 40 hours - Opportunity to work hybrid or fully remote
Experience: 8+ years of hospital accounting and reimbursement in addition to at least 3 years of recent reimbursement accounting experience within a hospital required. Kodiak RCA Software experience highly preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting or related field required. Master's degree strongly preferred
