The Role

As a Technical Instructor, you will partner with the Global Head of Learning & Development and play a central role in designing and executing technical training across the 1Exiger platform. Your primary mission is to fuse deep technical skill and education craftsmanship to elevate readiness and performance across Exiger's teams and clients.

What You'll Do



  • Build strong relationships with GTM, Product and Delivery to support seamless transitions into pre-launch training.
  • Develop expert knowledge of all Exiger tech solution platforms, staying up to date on current functionality and upcoming features.
  • Participate in development and planning sessions to remain informed about product updates and enhancements.
  • Design and deliver technical training content through live and virtual sessions, job aids, step-by-step guides, and microlearning videos.
  • Lead in-person and virtual workshops, webinars, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for all software-related learning needs and inquiries.
  • Evaluate and improve training programs using data-driven methodologies and feedback
  • Develop technical curricula and certification programs in partnership with Product, GTM, and Delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer-facing teams on course communication and launch plans.
  • Work with external vendors to develop hands-on labs and immersive training experiences.
  • Define and report on KPIs to measure learner engagement, skill progression, and overall business impact.



What You'll Need



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or educational discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Instructional Design, Information Technology)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in technical instruction, solutions engineering, professional services, or similar roles in a SaaS environment
  • Experience authoring hands-on labs, training simulations, or instructor-led technical content
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering technical training programs for SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to design technical learning using labs, product documentation, and multimedia tools.
  • Experience managing and measuring learning programs, with fluency in data analysis and program evaluation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of technical areas such as databases, AI, analytics, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Comfort presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Technical certifications (Microsoft Azure, Windows, Networking, Cloud Computing) or equivalent hands-on technical experience preferred.
  • Technical experience in Sisense, Snowflake, SQL, and Linux (preferred)
  • Proven ability to teach complex technical topics with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Strong business and sales alignment-able to connect training content to outcomes
  • Collaborative, flexible, and curious-continually learning and improving
  • Ability to foster credibility with technical and non-technical audiences alike
