As we expand our partner ecosystem and embrace the transformative potential of AI, we're seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Director/Regional Vice President to lead our Partner Ecosystem GTM Solutioning Management team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our partner-led go-to-market strategy for AI-powered and cybersecurity solutions.
- Define and lead the strategic direction for partner ecosystem engagement and GTM solutioning across OpenText's AI and security portfolio. - Build and scale a high-performing team of Partner Solution Architects and Sales Engineers. - Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure successful partner expansion, GTM solution adoption and enablement. - Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic partners to foster collaboration and joint innovation. - Represent OpenText at industry events, partner forums, and executive briefings as a thought leader in AI and enterprise security. - Oversee the development of partner technical enablement programs, reference architectures, and solution accelerators. - Influence product strategy and roadmap by channeling partner feedback and market insights.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in partner ecosystem management, solution architecture, or technical sales within enterprise software. - Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led GTM initiatives and technical teams. - Deep understanding of AI technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise information management. - Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders. - Experience working with SIs, MSPs, CSPs, Channel and Tech/ISV alliances. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid enterprise architectures. - Ability to travel as needed for partner engagements and strategic planning.
