Elevate your career by joining OpenText as a Value Engineer, where you will help customers understand the business value of their planned investments in OpenText technologies. You will partner with strategic global accounts to identify opportunities for revenue expansion while also supporting regional sales teams with enterprise accounts. By conducting industry and account research, facilitating consulting engagements, and delivering TCO & ROI analyses, you will provide customers with compelling investment logic and empower Account Executives to secure budgets and drive adoption of OpenText solutions.

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Cloud Architects to uncover opportunities and deliver value.

• Take ownership of identifying value drivers and positioning OpenText as a trusted advisor to customers.

• Consult with stakeholders at all levels, from operations staff to C-suite executives.

• Lead business process analysis workshops to identify and quantify challenges and create roadmaps for improvement.

• Deliver compelling business cases that include ROI and TCO analyses to support investment decisions.

• Relevant experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or management consulting.

• Ability to communicate business value effectively throughout the sales cycle.

• Strong qualification skills and an understanding of how to position solutions based on where customers are in the buying journey.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and articulate value drivers from the customer's perspective.

• Awareness of cultural influences that may impact business strategy.

• Experience conducting account research and developing tailored recommendations.

• Consultative approach with strong active listening, relationship-building, and problem validation skills.

• Proven ability to lead workshops and elicit challenges, needs, and opportunities from customers.

• Familiarity with financial modeling techniques, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and cash flow analysis.

Salary Range: $81,550 - $133,975; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
