This position's responsibility is to help patients and other health care professionals, as well as the health care system to efficiently achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. Key performance areas of responsibility are Clinical, Operations/Distribution, Financial, Safety and Regulatory, Research and Education.Provides comprehensive medication management services that integrate clinical services, order management, patient/staff education and research for employees and outpatients. Ambulatory pharmacists are responsible for improving the patient's experience, safety, and achieving positive clinical and financial outcomes. This position is responsible to an immediate supervisor with co-supervision provided by the management team. Major Responsibilities:
