*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mac Support Technician to provide technical support for macOS environments in an enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting Apple hardware and software, managing device configurations, and supporting end-users both onsite and remotely. Key Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and related peripherals. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including macOS updates, application errors, and system performance. * Configure and deploy Apple devices using tools such as JAMF, Apple Remote Desktop, or Intune. * Support mobile device management (MDM) and ensure compliance with company policies. * Assist with new user setups, onboarding, and account provisioning. * Maintain and update documentation for support procedures and technical configurations. * Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Provide support for Apple-based collaboration tools such as iWork, Microsoft Office for Mac, and Zoom. * Manage inventory and lifecycle of Apple devices, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of experience supporting macOS in a professional environment. * Proficiency with Apple hardware and macOS troubleshooting. * Experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Intune, or similar. * Familiarity with networking concepts and VPN configuration on macOS. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
