*Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our technical support team. This role serves as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues and is ideal for candidates with a passion for troubleshooting and delivering excellent service. * * *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide Level 1 technical support to end users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues including password resets, software installations, and connectivity problems. * Log incidents and service requests in the tracking system and update call information as needed. * Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams. * Interact with users in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. * Explain service procedures and technical solutions clearly to customers. * Participate in project planning and support training sessions as needed. *Top Skills:* * *Technical Troubleshooting:* Ability to diagnose and resolve common software, hardware, and network issues. * *Customer Service Orientation:* Patience and dedication to resolving user issues efficiently and effectively. * *Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication to clearly convey solutions and updates. * *Incident Management:* Experience with service tracking systems for logging and managing support requests. *Qualifications:* * Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, networking, and communication systems * Ability to troubleshoot and document technical findings *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
