*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Medical Records Clerk* to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is a cutting-edge digital health and wellness platform dedicated to helping individuals improve their well-being through personalized resources and support. In this role, you will assist incoming callers with medical record requests, provide status updates, and ensure all information is handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations. A positive, patient-centered attitude is essential! *Location*: Somerville, MA (Onsite) *Schedule*: Monday - Friday *Shift*: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM *Pay Rate*: $20/HR *Key Responsibilities* * Assist callers with submitting medical record requests * Provide timely status updates on requests * Route calls to appropriate hospital departments * Open, scan, and organize incoming mail into correct folders * Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard patient information *Qualifications* * 2-3 years of customer service experience, including computer usage * Minimum 6 months of inbound call center experience * Strong technical and computer skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Excellent communication and multitasking abilities * Willingness to learn new equipment and processes * Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
