Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Skills Enablement Specialist to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance the capabilities of our sales team. You will focus on developing sales skills, methodologies, and best practices to increase performance, improve win rates, and accelerate ramp time for new hires. This role report to the Sr Manager of Revenue Enablement. You will work hybrid out of Troy MI .

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sales Training & Development:
    • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on primary sales skills (e.g., prospecting, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, closing).
    • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning paths.
  • Content & Curriculum Creation:
    • Develop, training materials, workshops, facilitation guides, and job aids.
    • Use modern learning tools (LMS, video, microlearning) to deliver scalable content.
  • Coaching & Reinforcement:
    • Implement coaching frameworks and tools to strengthen learning in the field.
    • Collaborate with sales managers to support ongoing skill development.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Track and analyze training effectiveness using Indicators such as ramp time, quota attainment, and win rates.
    • Use data to improve enablement programs.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, or communications, or marketing .
  • Experience with sales processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of sales training best practices, analysis, instructional design, deliver, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (Seismic) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Collaboration skills across other teams.
  • Comfortable with leading workshops or webinars
  • Big picture thinker and a passion challenge the status quoSales background in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience in instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
  • Involvement in collaborating and generating a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Experience with Force Management value-based selling methodology (Command of Message/Command of Sale)
  • Experience with MEDDICC methodology
