Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (On-site \| Salt Lake City, UT) Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84119 Workplace Type: On-site (with remote option after training) Contract: Short-term 3 months (Open Enrollment Season) What You'll Do: Join a dynamic team supporting employee benefits during open enrollment! You'll handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, assist with insurance inquiries, and guide employees through benefit options with compassion and clarity. Must-Have Skills: * 1+ year of customer service experience (retail or in-person is great!) * Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating multiple tabs and tools * Strong typing and communication skills * Patience and empathy are key!
