Seeking a seasoned QA Tester with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing to join our high-impact digital team. Responsibilities * Conduct end-to-end testing across applications and technologies to validate business, technical, and functional requirements throughout the SDLC * Execute manual and automated test scripts based on strategic test plans to identify defects before production * Perform Production Certification testing to ensure post-deployment health * Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews * Facilitate user story workshops, document stories, and lead story point discussions * Clearly articulate the business rationale behind each test case and scenario Required Qualifications * 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual and regression testing * Proven experience with web services testing (tools like Parasoft, GreenHat, SmartWare are a plus, but not required) * Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing * Automation testing experience using Java, Selenium (50% automation testing) * Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and HP Quality Centre * Solid understanding of STLC, deployment processes, server environments, and production certification * Ability to discuss the scale of applications tested-candidates must have worked on apps with 1M+ users to demonstrate experience with complex systems Desired Skills * Java, SQL, HTML, Selenium * SOAP UI, Parasoft, Postman * Confluence Position Logistics: * Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days weekly onsite) * Contract Duration: 12 - 36 months, with potential for hire Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
