Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is a Partner of Choice for the Nebraska University System. Our Interns work a hybrid schedule and spend some days working on-site at our Omaha office located in Aksarben Village. Therefore, you will need to live within commuting distance from June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026.

As a Product Management Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, you will gain valuable insights into providing quality health, dental, and vision insurance coverage to Nebraskans. Through hands-on training, you will experience all aspects of product design and management in the health insurance industry. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Product Development and Strategy teams and its stakeholders by using qualitative and quantitative data to support internal processes and develop external resources for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Support a wide variety of product management and lifecycle projects to include:

  • Support product projects and updates
  • Organize and maintain key documents
  • Enter and manage product data
  • Request and track info for analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and assist Product Managers with daily tasks and strategy

To be considered for this position:

  • Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors degree program in organizational leadership, business administration, or related field.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of the department.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
