What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Required: Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing Preferred: BSN degree, CDN certification, or additional relevant certifications Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a dialysis RN with leadership experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: Required: Current RN license in the state of practice Required: CPR certification Preferred: Additional certifications such as Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) Must meet Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards as required by state regulations CMS compliance: Completion of approved training programs for water treatment systems prior to operation Technical & Leadership Skills:
