We are seeking professional and detail-oriented Hardware Deployment Technician to support a multi-site hardware refresh initiative. This role involves decommissioning equipment, deploying new devices, and providing post-implementation support in active clinical environments. Technicians must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while working in patient-facing settings. Duties: * Decommission hardware including PCs, workstations, desktops, and printers * Unbox, image (using provided script), and install new hardware such as PCs, thin clients, printers, and label scanners * Deploy 20-25 devices per clinic site * Ensure proper setup and functionality of network circuits and peripherals * Provide on-site support during and after go-live weekend * Maintain a respectful and quiet presence in clinical environments * Follow all protocols for working in patient-facing areas Qualifications: * Prior experience in hardware deployment, IT support, or technical field services * Familiarity with imaging processes and basic networking setup * Ability to lift and move equipment safely * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent professionalism and communication in sensitive environments * Comfortable working in active healthcare settings * Availability to work weekends as needed Must be eligible to pass a background check and drug screen. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $19.06/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
