This opportunity is for a Data Center Technician supporting a Large Enterprise company in the Forbes Top 10. Will need to be good with traveling to different site locations which will be paid from the time someone leaves their home. Looking for someone familiar with fiber and have experience utilizing a test tool. Part of this role will be rack and stack along with cabling solutions. It is a contract to hire opportunity with a service provider.
Responsibilities: *Lead MAC operations and ensure compliance with cabling and racking standards. *Run copper and fiber cabling, including labeling and documenting connections. *Independently perform racking, stacking, and structured cabling for new deployments. *Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues, including fiber diagnostics. *Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades *Skills* Fiber Testing, Rack and Stack, Fiber cabling, Cable, Fiber optic, Wiring, Fiber optic testing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Use your own vehicle. Drive time is worked into your 8-hour day. 40 hours a week. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
