About the Role

You will develop campaigns to build a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise. And you will drive and insure customer success, engagement and loyalty in the Federal/Pubsec market. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week or hybrid in Washington DC.

What You'll Do

  • Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Craft and execute innovative account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that generate qualified pipeline across key State and Federal government agencies. You'll be responsible for a portfolio of high-potential public sector accounts, managing the full lifecycle of outreach and acceleration initiatives-from early engagement through sales enablement.
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Design and launch scalable, repeatable programs tailored to the procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and decision-making processes unique to public sector buyers. Develop GTM motions aligned to key verticals such as public safety, education, transportation, and federal government.
  • Audience & Data Strategy: Own the segmentation strategy for public sector audiences. Utilize firmographic data, government RFP/RFI activity, and intent signals to prioritize outreach, tailor messaging, and refine engagement efforts across buying centers and contract influencers.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (email, events, direct mail, webinars, digital ads, etc.) that resonate with government stakeholders. Monitor performance in real-time, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data to maximize ROI and deal velocity.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Federal and SLED sales teams, partner/channel teams, marketing development representatives (MDRs), product marketing, and compliance/legal to ensure message alignment, account coverage, and successful execution. Act as a bridge between the field and marketing to close feedback loops and accelerate deals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign KPIs, lead progression, and contract wins across your account set. Surface actionable insights to sales leadership and senior executives, highlighting what's working and where to invest further.

What You Bring

  • Deep understanding of federal personas and the federal purchasing and procurement process
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
