Role Overview

As a Lean Practitioner, you will be a key driver of Lean implementation at the team and regional levels, helping transform how work gets done every day. You'll partner closely with leadership to strengthen problem-solving capability, embed standard work, and accelerate meaningful improvement.

This role is ideal for a hands-on change agent who thrives on identifying inefficiencies, coaching teams, and building a lasting culture of Lean. You'll be both a practitioner and a trusted advisor-helping teams see what's possible and guiding them toward measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key resource for the organization by leading regional problem-solving engagements using Lean methodologies
  • Translate and cascade regional strategic goals into clear, actionable objectives for individual contributors, ensuring alignment to the company vision
  • Demonstrate initiative and resilience-executing independently within a strategic framework while adapting to dynamic business needs
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to enable effective communication, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between regional leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent, consistent, and timely communication
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, applying Lean principles to elevate operational performance and effectiveness
  • Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks that could impact performance, sustainability, or customer outcomes
  • Coach and develop Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and leaders, building capability and confidence across the organization
What You Will Do
  • Align with the global Lean program while actively supporting and shaping regional implementations
  • Apply Lean tools and process improvement methodologies to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Support vertical and horizontal integration, ensuring alignment across functions and levels of the organization
  • Lead improvement initiatives that are directly tied to business strategies and regional priorities
  • Utilize Lean methodologies to improve performance across key operational and support processes
  • Plan, deliver, and manage Lean training for employees at all levels
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective business or technology solutions
  • Facilitate Obeya room set-ups, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, Daily Work installations, and drive action closure to completion
How You Will Do It
  • Partner with local and regional leaders to implement and sustain improvements in process performance
  • Mentor and coach project leaders to accelerate results and strengthen continuous improvement culture
  • Identify high-impact improvement opportunities and lead process standardization efforts
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops that blend Lean theory with practical application
  • Facilitate improvement events and learning sessions that empower teams and reinforce accountability
  • Foster innovation by introducing new CI techniques, methodologies, and tools, sharing learnings broadly across the CI community
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives with a track record of delivering tangible business and customer results
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to align change management approaches to business needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with leaders, customers, and peers
  • Proven analytical and systems-thinking capability, including end-to-end solution design and deployment
  • Excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex business and technological concepts
  • Proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution, with sound escalation judgment

Travel Requirements: 50-80%

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112-168k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
