Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $19 - $20 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your responsibilities:

The Production Operator assists the Technician in the production and packaging of specialty lubricants mainly for medical products but no limited to. The Production Operator must adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.



  • Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
  • Locate material and supplies verifying lots and weights according to the manufacturing order
  • Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections
  • Operation of material handling equipment to include, but not limited to:

    • Fork lift
    • Drum lift
    • Pallet jack
    • Hand truck




  • Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering materials and prepping work for technicians
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
  • Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized
  • Must complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment by packing, labeling and loading on dock
  • Ensure work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized in accordance with 6S standards
  • Utilization of lean techniques throughout manufacturing
  • Must adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Perform finishing duties in the production of lubricants, i.e. - mixing, deaerating, milling, and packaging
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Responsible for responding to assigned corrective actions per CAR system



Qualifications we are looking for:



  • Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team player, conscientious, quick learner, positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Detail oriented
