Work Shift: DayPay Type: HourlyHourly Rate (if applicable): $34.95Targeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): N/AJOB OVERVIEW: The Site Training Coordinator plays a critical role in building a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement by developing and delivering effective training programs for all site employees. This position is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing learning solutions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The coordinator partners with subject matter experts and leadership teams to enhance workforce capability across manufacturing, quality assurance, food safety, maintenance, and other site functions.RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a standard manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, hazardous materials, and heavy machinery in varying work and weather conditions.
