Precise is seeking a Security Response Team Lead to oversee the PMA 274 Security Response Team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following numerous and diverse duties and meet the education and experience requirements below.


Duties:



  • Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees
  • Maintain responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned project activities.
  • Able to demonstrate oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for more than three (3) hours during assigned shift and lift fifty (50) pounds and carry short distances.
  • Coordinate schedules, approve timesheets and update Precise Systems required monthly reports.
  • Participate as needed in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in tandem with the Precise Systems Program Manager and Corporate Team.
  • Ensure the Security Response Team carries out the duties set forth by the Physical Security Officer.
  • Coordinate the monthly work schedules and manage the utilization of manpower of the entire team including the Physical Security Analyst and Security Response Team members.
  • Responsible ensuring proper coverage.
  • Support, develop and implement Random Anti-Terrorism Measures for and the Security Response Team.
  • Assist the Physical Security Officer in planning, developing, organizing, administering, enforcing and evaluating the overall Physical Security operations.
  • Assist the Physical Security Officer in the development of Security and Anti-Terrorism Force Protection plans and operations.
  • Implement Security Plans and Standard Operating Procedures for Physical Security and/or Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Emergency Plans.
  • Provided a Security Response Team uniform and is required to always maintain professional uniform standards.
  • Required to conduct roving patrols.
  • Conduct freight delivery inspections and perform FOD (Foreign Object Debris) detection and removal.
  • Develop and embrace a working knowledge of government policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that minimum manpower requirements are met and that personnel are given required days off.
  • Review/Sign Leave Requests.
  • Ensure that all required duties are performed completely and according to Policy.
  • Monitor Shift's activities with special attention given to delight the customer.
  • Ensure that personnel are provided a positive work environment that fosters fairness and mutual respect.
  • Ensure that daily workload is distributed fairly among personnel.
  • Coordinate response to emergency calls for service.
  • Monitor Shift's activities/personnel to ensure compliance with established Policies and Procedures (wearing of the uniform, patrol duties, response to alarms, cell phone use, etc.).
  • Report to/coordinate with the Program Manager to ensure that all the above duties and responsibilities are executed in an exceptional manner.
  • All other duties as assigned by Precise Systems and the Physical Security Officer.


Required Experience:



  • Must hold a valid state driver's license.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Monitor Shift's activities/personnel to ensure compliance with established Policies and Procedures (wearing of the uniform, patrol duties, response to alarms, cell phone use, etc.).
  • Report to/coordinate with the Team Lead to ensure that all of the above duties and responsibilities are executed in an exceptional manner.
  • Five (5) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position.


Desired Experience:



  • Proficient in Windows XP computer system.
  • Working knowledge of ESS (Electronic Security System): CCTV - Electronic Access Control System.
  • Available for twenty-four (24) hour recall and be willing to work shift work.
  • Participate in continuing education and training courses.
  • Experience in a DoD Physical Security environment is preferred.



Required Education:


Bachelor's degree


OR


Associate's degree plus two (2) additional years of work performing duties described in the functional description or four (4) additional years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.



Must be able to hold and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,090.22 to $102,135.62 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
