Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The SMT Operator I is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment supporting Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes and procedures.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used to assemble Printed Circuit Boards.
  • Interface with complex machine hardware and software.
  • Identify and report defective components.
  • Inspect your own work to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure product meets established artistry standards.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and maintain data logs.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area and the surrounding workspace.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
  • Participate in quality teams as required.
  • Train other employees.
  • Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Temp to direct.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferably electronic manufacturing)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail.

Additional Information:
