Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will support the Modular Mission Critical team by helping optimize logistics operations across warehouse, general logistics, and rigging functions. This role ensures timely and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project and operational needs.

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving and transportation of oversize and non-oversize loads.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials and help enforce the use of IDWS across the logistics and transportation functions to
  • Help optimize and integrate a more robust modular delivery schedule taking into account all the planning tools we currently use.
  • Support rigging operations by scheduling and tracking equipment movement and personnel.
  • Liaise with internal departments to align logistics support with project timelines and operational goals.
  • Maintain documentation for shipments, deliveries, and understand inventory transactions in IDWS and InfraLink.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing and refining logistics procedures and workflows.
  • Participate in PKOM Pre-kick off meetings with project personnel, to understand the logistics and/or rigging and crane operations requirement for each project.
  • Get acclimated with DOT, local and state regulations regarding oversize and non-oversize loads.
  • Basic understanding of the topography of each site including MMC, to identify the proper equipment/trailers required to haul modular equipment in and out of any site/s.
  • Must be in constant communication with vendors & transportation brokers to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs for those sites requiring this service.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with all sites superintendents to firm out our modular delivery schedule.
  • Must be able to place orders in our POL system if needed.
  • Must be able to travel or visit sites upon management request.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (international education acceptable).

  • 0+ years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solutions oriented mindset.

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to interpret structural drawings to extract information needed for transportation bids.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management.

  • Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient.
