Summary / Objective

The Partner Marketing Director will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and leading the execution of all product and partner marketing initiatives for our B2B solutions. This role will drive the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement for our partner products, ensuring strong market adoption and revenue growth.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You'll Do:

Strategy



  • Develop and implement the overarching B2B marketing strategy, aligning with company-wide goals and revenue targets.
  • Act as the ultimate partner marketing expert and internal advocate for our products, driving cross-functional alignment and support.
  • Present high-level marketing results, strategic insights, and future recommendations to internal executive audiences and key external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and subject matter expert for B2B product positioning and messaging internally and externally.


Leadership




  • Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching as needed, to build high-performing teams, foster a collaborative environment, and consistently model Identity Digital's values.




Sales Enablement




  • Oversee the production of high-impact sales enablement tools and resources (e.g., presentations, battle cards, demos, videos, case studies) to empower the business development team.




Go To Market



  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and features, analyzing performance and providing strategic recommendations for optimization and scaling.
  • Collaborate strategically with Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to define market opportunities, understand customer needs, and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Direct the deployment of B2B marketing programs including but not limited to thought leadership, sponsorships, event activations, and account based marketing campaigns for various segments and industries.


Partner Activation



  • Serve as the de facto expert on how to merchandise domains to customers, empowering new partners to achieve early success in our relationships.
  • Ideate and activate partner led consumer activations to increase early post-launch product adoption.
  • Champion the effective use of internal tools and resources to help partners meet and exceed their goals.


Analysis



  • Elevate customer and market feedback to larger organizational conversations, providing strategic insight on B2B product effectiveness and influencing product roadmaps.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are / What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent experience. Master's degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B enterprise, partner or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage complex projects with excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, strategically delegate tasks to contributors, and produce high-quality marketing deliverables on strategy and on deadline.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities with excellent follow-through.
  • Expertise in sourcing and using market data, customer insights, and competitive analysis for strategic storytelling, high-level decision making, and experimentation.
  • Extensive experience working with and managing agencies and contractors, including managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Proactive, team-player with a positive approach to taking on new projects and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace.


Location



  • We're open to hiring near any of our hubs: Seattle, LA, or Denver.


Physical Requirements



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times


Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000 - $160,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
