Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Las Vegas, NV. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Returns Coordinator's responsibility is to process inbound/outbound defective part returns.
  • Communication with the Service Buyer/Planner team to coordinate part returns to suppliers
  • Manage part inventory transactions in purchase orders
  • Scrap defective parts physically and complete scrap transactions in the system as needed.
  • Update the quality notification with the PO detail and flag it as completed
  • Coordinate shipping activity by staging material for returns to the supplier and document shipment tracking information
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on the information necessary to help process and close out returns
  • This position can also act as a warehouse floater in downtime, helping in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping departments if necessary

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.65/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temporary (4 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of Inventory Management experience.
