GENERAL SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision of the Director, performs and/or manages work of a generally complex nature aimed at assisting decision making in resource allocation and/or improving the financial performance of HFHS. Plans and coordinates use of resources as required. Prepares reports and recommendations for management and coordinates implementation when possible. Acts as a consultant on projects outside of specific assignments. Supervises tasks of staff relative to assignments/projects. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's Degree is preferred. Requires a minimum of five to seven years in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Previous supervisory and/or consulting experience is preferred.
