ahead, and keeping supply chains running efficiently? Staffmark is hiring an Experienced Manufacturing Planner/Buyer to join a growing team!

Pay & Schedule



  • $70,000+ per year, based on experience
  • Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM



In this critical role, you will:



  • Forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Place, monitor, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with international suppliers and manage imports into the U.S. and Canada
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve supply chain issues
  • Order and track MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to create accurate forecasts
  • Coordinate import/export logistics, including customs and freight documentation



Skills & Requirements



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of business practices and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
