SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SHARED SERVICES Now recruiting on behalf of high growth, mid-market service company in the Atlanta metro for an experienced Senior Director of Shared Services. The Senior Director of Shared Services will be responsible for full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including managing a team of 15-25 accounting professionals, driving process improvements and automation in the AP function, managing vendor and customer relationships, owning the related accounting systems, mentoring and developing talent, hiring and recruiting talent, managing AP and AR reporting and metric tracking, and setting the function up for ongoing scalable growth through both organic and inorganic growth. The right candidate for this Senior Director of Shared Services role will have: Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA, CMA or MBA highly preferred 10-12+ years of progressive and relevant experience leading Shared Services functions (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) in a mid to large sized organization Experience leading AP teams of at least 10-25 staff Experience selecting and implementing systems to drive automation and efficiency in the shared services function Proven track record of mentoring and developing AP and AR staff and best in class teams.
