Get to Know Your Team:

• Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma and tertiary care center and home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue.

To provide support for the Medical Staff, serve as liaison between the Medical Staff and Center administration, and ensure the Medical Staff is compliant with applicable Center and DNV and/or other regulatory requirements and standards.

Job Requirements:

• National Association of Medical Staff Services Certification required on employment or within one year of eligibility.

• Working knowledge of Joint Commission, NPDB, COPs, and other applicable standards as required.

• Ability to type/keyboard 75 WPM.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in a healthcare or legal-related field.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office Suite applications; EMR; Symplr or other credentialing software experience.
