The Real Estate Project Management Principal leads the planning and design of complex, high-value healthcare real estate projects less than and greater than $5 million up to $1 billion. This role is responsible for aligning capital development initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering state-of-the-art, healthcare-built environments that enhance patient care, team experience and operational efficiency for high reliability.

Employment Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Preferred Education: Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Licensure/Certification Required: PMP certification, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Licensure/Certification Preferred: Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare real estate or capital project management. Proven leadership of projects exceeding $100M; experience with $500M+ programs strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory environments, and capital finance. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Executive-level communication and leadership. Strategic thinking and financial acumen. Mastery of project delivery methods (e.g., IPD, CMAR, Design-Build). Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM platforms. Ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity. Working Conditions Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. General office environment. Required to car travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions. May be exposed to high noise levels and bright lights. May have periods of constant interruptions.
