Could you be the full-time onsite Procurement Project Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure seamless alignment between project needs and supplier performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Finance), define and implement project sourcing strategies, and manage supplier selection and performance, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Managing supplier selection through the Business Award process and ensuring Sub Contracts are properly executed with support from Commodity buyers. ,



  • Sponsoring GO-Order Execution with support from SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) and Supply Chain teams. ,



  • Facilitating collaboration between Engineering and Sourcing teams, defining co-development plans, and determining Make or Buy strategies with the Project team. ,



  • Acting as the owner of the Material Work Package, reviewing Work Packages periodically with Commodity buyers, and preparing Sector Project Reviews with the Work Package Controller. ,



  • Managing claims and ensuring compliance with Sourcing central strategies and AT central processes. ,



  • Reporting QCD performance of suppliers and ensuring an efficient claim process is in place. ,



  • Following action plans to enable project ramp-up and closure. ,



  • Ensuring Return on Experience (RoE) is incorporated and maximizing the re-use of proven solutions."

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience ,



  • Experience or understanding of procurement or project management (minimum 4 years) ,



  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP ,



  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools ,



  • Strong communication and collaboration skills ,



  • Audit knowledge and attention to detail ,



  • Leadership and team-working capabilities ,



  • Rigor in management and procedure application ,



  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment ,



  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
