What You Can Expect

As the Project Controls Senior Analyst, you will be a key member of the ENGIE team based at The Ohio State University campus, reporting directly to the Project Controls Director. This position is within the Campuses business of Local Energy Infrastructure GBU, which grows and operates long-term partnerships with universities, medical centers, and other institutional customers. You will be responsible for reporting and financial evaluation of Capital Projects, working closely with the Capital Projects Director and leadership team to ensure accurate and timely cost information for billing and budgets. In this role, you will also actively contribute to the development, management, and submission of the rolling Five-Year Capital Project Plan to the university and stakeholders across the Major Partnership teams. Additionally, you will support the Project Controls Director in creating tools and KPIs to monitor, report, and strengthen financial health across Partnership contracts and agreements.



  • Provide leadership and guidance to capital project teams, coordinating efforts across central and local stakeholders
  • Oversee updates and delivery of the rolling Five-Year Capital Project Plan in compliance with O&M and Concession Agreements
  • Develop tools, KPIs, and processes to measure, analyze, and enhance performance of the Capital Projects Program
  • Manage consolidation and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans aligned with ENGIE's reporting cycles
  • Provide finance, governance, and reporting expertise-including risk analysis, audits, and purchase-to-pay processes
  • Prepare timely variance analyses, management presentations, and reporting for internal stakeholders, shareholders, and external authorities



What You'll Bring



  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with knowledge of Operating & Maintenance and Concession Agreement frameworks
  • Excel experience creating complex financial models

Compensation

Salary Range: $89,880 - $149,760 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
