Email Correspondence:

  • Respond to and route incoming email correspondence to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Answer basic questions and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain an organized email system, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital office files.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly categorized and accessible.

  • Support the planning and execution of student events.
  • Assist with the coordination of event organizers to ensure all logistical details are appropriately handled.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including photocopying, data entry,
    and other tasks.
  • Assist with inventory management and organizing supplies.
