BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Lead Billing Analyst, you will manage and coordinate billing platform including but not limited to: researching functionality inquiries, managing enhancement requests, and providing support for billing system changes. This position assists the Billing Operations Management team by compiling data and producing reports to monitor service level agreement (SLA) adherence, track departmental activity and recommend process improvements.
