Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Controls Engineer. The Controls Engineer will collaborate with the team of electrical and mechanical technicians on various capital projects. This role involves machine design, modifications, and support, as well as optimizing current processes and facility performance. A hands-on position, the Controls Engineer will be actively involved in new machine installations, process improvements, special projects, and operational support to enhance efficiency and reliability.
