Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$131,200.00 to$218,700.00.

JOB SUMMARY

This role is for a project and community manager that will help lead various engineering and architecture governance and community activities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys community-building and managing some of Grainger's core technical governance functions.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities

Administer and run Grainger's architecture governance program, including agendas, facilitation, action items, and follow-ups

Facilitate technical community events like Technical Book Clubs and Lunch and Learns

Help run architecture and engineering team-level initiatives

*

Help with org-wide community activities like Ignite Week and Hack-a-thons

*

Help with special projects at a team or department level
